Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 August 2026 · This policy explains how personal data is processed under the GDPR and the Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP).

We are not required to appoint a data protection officer and have not appointed one. For any data protection matter you can reach us at the address above.
2. Applicable law
As a company based in Switzerland addressing users in the EU/EEA, we are subject both to the Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP) and – where applicable – to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Art. 3(2)). Below we state the relevant GDPR legal bases in each case.
3. Hosting & delivery of the website
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The server location is the Falkenstein data centre (Saxony, Germany). TEISENDA's platform infrastructure also runs there.
For delivering the website and for name resolution (DNS) we use bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o., Cesta komandanta Staneta 4A, 1215 Medvode, Slovenia). In doing so your IP address is processed in order to serve content from a nearby server and to protect the website against overload and attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. bunny.net is a European company based in the EU; its edge network does, however, include locations worldwide, so in individual cases delivery may take place via a server outside the EU. Standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 GDPR are in place for such cases.
When you access the website, the server processes technically necessary data (IP address, time of request, requested resource, referrer, user agent) in order to deliver the page and ensure the security of the system. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, functional provision). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hetzner.
4. Beta registration & contact
Via the registration form on the home page we process the data you enter there: name, company email address, company and your consent to being contacted. We additionally store the time and IP address of the submission to prevent misuse and spam. The data is stored on our server at Hetzner in Germany and forwarded to us by email; it is not passed on to any other third parties. Alternatively you can reach us at any time by email at hello@teisenda.com.
Purpose: inclusion in the beta list and contact when the beta launches. Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future – an informal email is sufficient.
For sending and managing our email communication we use Brevo (Brevo GmbH, Cologne, Germany – part of Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France). Your contact details are stored there so that we can reach you when the beta launches. Brevo's servers are located in the European Union; a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
5. Third-party content
This website embeds no third-party content. All fonts (Space Grotesk, Inter) and JavaScript libraries (Three.js, GSAP) are held on our own server and delivered from there – via our own CDN (see section 3). In particular, no Google Fonts are loaded and no external CDNs are used for libraries. When you visit the website your browser does not connect to any third-party servers.
6. Cookies & tracking
This website sets no cookies – neither technically necessary ones nor analytics or marketing cookies. We use no web analytics (no Google Analytics or similar), no tracking, no social media plugins and no advertising pixels. A cookie consent banner is therefore not required.
7. Processing on our behalf & sub-processors
We use carefully selected service providers that process personal data on our behalf. Data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR are in place with them:

8. Retention periods
We store personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the respective purpose or as long as statutory retention obligations apply. In detail:

Once the respective period has expired, the data is deleted or anonymised. On request we will delete your beta registration data earlier at any time – an informal email is sufficient.
9. Your rights
Within the statutory requirements you have the right to:
